Undercurrent ligt aan de kade van het bruisende voormalige NDSM terrein. Dit schitterende pand is met een waterterras en grote tuin een absolute blikvanger.  Het gebouw bestaat uit twee zalen die met elkaar verbonden zijn. De glazen gevel van de grote zaal (432M2) grenst aan het IJ en is bepalend voor het karakter van het gebouw. De kleine zaal (112M2), het voormalige auditorium, is een stuk intiemer. De uitstraling is modern en robuust maar kan door de minimalistische industriële inrichting makkelijk naar eigen smaak worden ingericht.
